Blood Donation Camp Held in Lucknow to Mark PM Modi’s Birthday

Lucknow: A blood donation camp was organised at Arogya Bhawan on the Lucknow University campus by Balrampur Hospital as part of the ongoing Seva Sankalp campaign to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 76th birthday.

Panchayati Raj Minister Bhupendra Chaudhary, former minister Natwar Goyal and Lucknow North MLA Dr Neeraj Bora visited the camp, interacted with blood donors and encouraged them for their contribution. Certificates were also presented to the donors in recognition of their participation.

Bhupendra Chaudhary said blood donation was essential for building a healthy, sensitive and empowered society. He said donating blood could help people in need and represented an important form of social responsibility.

Dr Neeraj Bora urged every healthy and eligible person to come forward and make regular blood donation a commitment. He also appealed to people to encourage others to donate blood.

Among those present were Mahanagar Vice-President Saurabh Valmiki, Mandal President Raman Nigam, Vishal Gupta, Dr Amita Kannaujia, Dr Manisha Banerjee and Dr Ankita Singh.
